We had a major life change by moving from Massachusetts to New Hampshire.
After living in Massachusetts for our adult lives it was a very difficult and emotional transition. The marketing was great and open houses drew large number of potential buyers. He helped and guided us through every step, from preparing the house for open-house to signing the closing papers. After the open house, we found out that our new home would not be ready for more than a month. Paul was able to find a buyer who would give us the extra time before we close. We were so comfortable with him, that we let him make all decisions. Whenever we needed to talk to him or had questions, he was always available. To summarize, it was best decision to go with him.
